The Hot Tub Store called a few days ago to give us a delivery date and time of our new hot tub. We expected the delivery in the afternoon. At about 11 a.m. I got a call from the delivery truck driver that they had a cancelation and were we ready for delivery early. The answer was Yes. The truck drove up right when estimated and after viewing where we wanted the hot tub, Sebastian and Walter started unpacking and moving it in. About a 1/2 hour later it was all set up and paperwork signed and the two men were on their way. We couldn't be happier with the delivery and set-up of our hot tub. If we ever move and want to take our hot tub with us, we'd feel comfortable using Santana Spa Delivery.
