The Hot Tub Store called a few days ago to give us a delivery date and time of our new hot tub. We expected the delivery in the afternoon. At about 11 a.m. I got a call from the delivery truck driver that they had a cancelation and were we ready for delivery early. The answer was Yes. The truck drove up right when estimated and after viewing where we wanted the hot tub, Sebastian and Walter started unpacking and moving it in. About a 1/2 hour later it was all set up and paperwork signed and the two men were on their way. We couldn't be happier with the delivery and set-up of our hot tub. If we ever move and want to take our hot tub with us, we'd feel comfortable using Santana Spa Delivery.

I have used Santana Spa Delivery twice. Additionally, I have referred a few friends to the company and they have been very satisfied with the entire experience. I moved my spa through my townhouse over newly installed vinyl flooring. Everything went very, very well. The staff was very respectful of my concern for the new floors.

I needed my old spa taken away and a new spa setup. I live on a small hill, so it's not going to be easy. I called and left a message. My call was returned quickly. They came out to in advance for a free estimate.

On the delivery date, they were here on time and completely too care of everything! Great job. Thanks!

Would definitely recommend. They made it look easy. Great service and obviously knew what they were doing. Heard about them through a friend and will pass it on to anyone looking to move a hot tub. Doesn't hurt they're also the cheapest in town that I could find!

This team cleaned up a messy leftover, where another spa delivery company removed a used tub from an easy access, then just left the spa in our driveway and told us to get a crane (cranes refused).

Julio and Sebastian and their colleagues were thorough on the front end in checking out the site both in photos and then in person (which the other company didn't do) and knew what they were getting into before making a bid.

It was a lot of work, a heavy tub, and took several hours, but they worked with care, safety, and made sure to avoid damages to the tub or the platform we built for it.

Had a can-do spirit the whole time, worked well together. They knew what they were getting into and so did we.

Just had my 700 pound hot tub delivered! They did an amazing job! It was a difficult move. They had to maneuver it up and down a hill behind the cabin. They really knew what they were doing! Great crew! I would highly recommend their moving service!
